As a Leader You Must Have Influence

A leader must be able to constitute dense decisions sometimes in the face of derision or opposition. He must accept responsibility for the actions of his followers. Human beings lose faith in leaders who hesitate over tough decisions or who swerve from their objective at the first hurdle.
